Has anyone used or heard of Quilt Patti's?

I bought a metal template years ago. It has an opening in the middle so you can draw on the outside or inside. I make mine out of freezer paper. I draw on the paper side, cut them out on the line and then iron the slick side to the back of the fabric. I then cut out leaving a little larger than 1/4" and start basting the edges. Here are 3 photos:
A block I'm working on for my quilt (18 blocks total)
A close up of part of the block
The back, showing the paper still in. I'm not taking them out until I have the quilt together. You can reuse them, but it's taking me a long time to finish this and I don't like floppy fabric.
