Default Have you ever had this dilemma?

When we bought my Brother ce5000 it came with attachments I didn't know how to use. I just recently figured out how to use a foot that came with it but now I don't know where it got to! So I either have to hunt for it or buy another one.

I thought it was in the pouch that came with it but it isn't there. Oh well now I go on a treasure hunt I guess!!! Heaven only knows what I did with it!

Look for something else and you'll find it ... guaranteed. That's the way things work at my house.

I put mine on the machine and then forget and it slides off look all around the machine. Or put out a small saucer full of tiny objects the borrowers may like and a note saying may I have my machine foot back .
Never know it may work. I loose something I blame my passed mum and ask her to give it back. This does work.

I pray. I have been led to lost items many times.

I am still looking for my two paper piecing 1/4" rulers. They both left together. Eloped??? So I went out and purchased replacements thinking that those rulers would show up afterwards. Has not happened yet so I guess they are still on their honeymoon. LOL

I keep a small bowl close to my sewing machine. Whenever I have to change a foot I put it in the bowl until I have to put it back on.

Check the bag of chips in the pantry. That's where I found a remote that went MIA for 3 days.

First of all, it's a foot. Did you really expect it to just stand around, waiting for you to get back to it? On the bright side, it couldn't have hopped far. It may have hitched a ride, as you picked up something else. Did you look through any piles of fabric scraps?
