Have You Made A Day and Night Quilt?
I need to know about how much yardage would be needed for a 3 color
Day and Night, (Eleanor Burns), quilt in a Queen size.
My mother is legally blind, (macular d.), and she can't read her book.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to help her by phone.

I made à king sized one a few years ago. For a queen size, you need 7.5 yards for the day blocks, third border and binding, 7.25 yards for the night blocks and second border, and 2 yards for the accent blocks and first border.

Thank you so much everybody.
Yes, we looked at the video last week when I was at her house, but I
don't recall Eleanor giving yardage, just showing how to make strips and how to place
the ruler etc. Mom is going to be so happy with this information.

hi! so good to see you!
I'll try to get pics when my m gets done with it. She is surprised by the
amount of yardage, but Eleanor did say on the video that it took a lot.
About five years ago she gave me a paper with swatched glued on and
now she tells me that it was a pattern for a very precise Lemoyne Star.
I've never made one so it would be nearly impossible for me to know
one pattern from another.
