    I ordered my Singer Futura 350 sewing/emb machine from them about 5 yrs ago. I rec'd the wrong model, but had already tore into the box before realizing it was the wrong model. Called immediately, they told me to take the software out, and pack it up to send back when they sent the right one. The correct one was here the next day. (They're in Bryan, TX-I'm in North Texas.) Ordered some extra hoops and a few small things from them a couple of years ago.

    I'd buy from them again. I'm eyeing that Juki TL2000QI they have on sale, but hubby says "No". Boooooooo.

    I bought a machine from there several years ago and definitely would again. Received order very timely and customer service was helpful with the questions I had.

    I ordered a quilting frame from them several months ago. They were very good to deal with, had excellent customer service, and when there was a problem with a couple of parts missing on the frame (packed by the manufacturer) they got them replaced for me right away. Very satisfied with them in all respects, I would certainly recommend them.

    Oh my goodness - and I was asking before making a $60 purchase. If you all have made these sizeable purchases and are happy, I'm not going to worry.

    I usually check resellerratings.com when ordering from a new vendor for the first time but there were no ratings.
