What is the name of that quilting grid product?
Small fabric squares are placed on a marked grid and secured down with the touch of a glue stick. Then you fold and sew one long seam across. When the horizontal seams are complete, you fold vertically and sew all of those seams in the same way. I saw someone demonstrate this on Simply Quilts several years ago. Now that I am using scraps more, I am again interested in this product. THX for any help!

I just answered my own question with a Google search: Pellon Quilter's Grid Fusible Nonwoven Grid
I hope to find it in smaller than 15 - 25 yd. lengths that I see on Joann's or Amazon though.

I have made 2 full size quilts using this paper and will NEVER again use it. (eventhough the finished top turned out cute) My fabric woiuld not stay stuck to the grid paper. I even called pellon and used the method they suggested and it still did not work. Maybe I had bad paper or there was too much sizing on my fabric- whatever. I had to pin many blocks and the sashing. Not worth the effort. Also the paper is temporarily fusaible so no glue stick should be needed. IMHO

The sizing did it. You can't use any starch, sizing or fabric softners when using a fusible. They keep it from fusing. You should prewash your fabric to get out the factory sizing but I have heard some people having no problems. If you do prewash, NO fabric softners, no bounce sheets in the dryer. No starch and /or no sizing afterwards.
