There's a tool? I was given the instructions on a bookmark-size piece of paper at a quilt show and they just used a regular 3.5" ruler with lines drawn on it to line up with the seams. Seems cheaper than buying a tool :)

I love the twister..I have both the little one and the larger one..I've completed 3 small quilts and one LARGE one...its easy to use and you soon learn to make sure to keep your blocks in order...so much fun!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the tutorial link. This really helped me make sense of how it's done...I just may have to give it a try one of these days!

I'd love to see your quilt using the large Twister - any chance you could post?

I'd also love to see it made with the 8" tool!

If you're having trouble with the Lil' Twister it's easier to just avoid it altogether. I developed a pattern in 2008. It works fine, no matter what size you make your blocks. I'll post pages on another update.
