Ok you know what a big problem I was having with Vista and my embroidery machine.
My son the (genius)fixed it so I could download the embroidery patterns. He basically went to the machine website solutions center (I have a brother) - there were instructions there as to what to do - it seemed simple after he had done it. LOL
Suggest you print out instructions to refer to while doing adjustments

If you aren't married to the man, they generally can do anything. Once you are wed, all direction reading skills are OUT THE WINDOW! LOL
