Cool Headed to my 1st QUILT RETREAT

I am heading out for my 1st Quilt Retreat in a few hours. It is a three day retreat in a lodge a few hours south of me. The group of ladies that are going are amazing women and look forward to spending the weekend with them. Ill take pictures to share with everyone when I return.

The best part is we are expecting a huge storm this evening (after I arrive). Snowfall totals 10-15", what a great weekend to be stuck in a lodge quilting, sitting by the fire being surrounded by the hobby you love and great friends.

See you all Sunday!!!!

Sorry for the double post. I seem to be having a problem, so I will just take a break from posting.

Have a great time at your first retreat. Nothing better than being able to sew and be with friends at the same time with no other obligations.

Have a great time and we will save a little of the UP snow for your return! I plan on having my own private quilt retreat this weekend. Will be snowy, so nothing better to do than to quilt!

I will look forward to hearing about it. I have never gone on a retreat, and I confess the idea is sooooo tempting!!! Have fun!
