I ordered 15 of these blocks which are beautiful but for the life of me, I can't find any pattern that will work. I was thinking of doing either triangles or 4 patch blocks of coordinating fabric.
My brain is on overload with this & I know someone here will have a great idea/pattern to share with me. I was thinking (once again) of doing a nice table runner or wall hanging.

TIA
Sue

Hard to say not knowing what kind of "blocks" they are. Can you describe them a little more?

The D9P would work great for that.... Disappearing 9 patch

Do a search on here and you'll see many samples and tutorials of how they work.

If you use your "good" fabric squares in the outter corners they will stay intact when you do the cuts.

If you want to have them divided up, use them in the "cross" of the 9 patch.

If they will hold their beauty, use one of them as the very center of the 9 patch and it will become 4 little squares.

Also, you could use them in a "10 minute" block as the center of it and that would showcase them very nicely also.

The background is white with little purple flowers spread out with light to medium green leaves through it.

I would check out the patterns on quilterscache.com to see which one uses a nice large center square and go from there.
