Has anyone seen 'Helly Kitty' fabric (quilt shop quality) in any

I have seen a lot on e-bay don't know if it is quilt shop quality but do a search on e-bay.

I know JoAnnes had some at Christmas, but it was Christmasy. They also had fleece, but I dont know about cotton fabric!
