Hi there have been looking at all of the very pretty pictures and the blocks from the swaps. They are all very pretty. I haven't made my first quilt yet......unless you count cutting butterflies out with my cricut and heat bonding them to a square to eventually sew together. But I am truely inspired.

Welcome to the board. This is a great learning place. I would think the butterflies are considered quilting. Lots of members do appliques, etc. Join the swaps on here too. SO fun. ANd there are easier ones up to expert. You'll get great ideas from here. Where is Texas? I have get togethers in the Granbury area for board memebers to meet. PM me if you are close. Next one in March 12 at Pizza Hutt. We have 12+ coming.
