    Default Help finding Mythology fabric

My dear grand-nephew loves Greek/Roman Mythology and would love a quilt with this theme. I have spent hours searching for this type of fabric to no avail. Does anyone know of where I can find this type of quilting fabric. I did see some polished cotton fabric that is used for making drapes but not good for a comfy quilt. Any suggestions would be so much appreciated!!

hopefully this can get you started. I understand his love of mythology, as a child I was always fascinated by my great aunt's collection of jasperware and just recently took to collecting a few pieces

You might try posting this in the iso (in search of) area here, too. Maybe one of our wonderful members has some mythology fabric that they aren't going to use, or are willing to "share".
I often buy fabric because I love it and not with a particular project in mind...maybe others do, too...
    Regards,
    Kif

I would think about using the fabric you found as applique or find really good images and print your own fabric.

    Edited to add:

These shower curtains are really neat. Perhaps you could draw some of these pictures on fabric or if you have an embroidery machine, look for some embroidery patterns.

And, it might help if I added the shower curtain website.

I don't know what is going on, but I can't edit any of my posts. Is anyone else seeing this problem?

If you have an embroidery machine or know some one that does, both Embroidery library and Embroidery Designs have mythology designs for $2 or so a design.

I can edit, but only within a certain amount of minutes. I think it's like 20-30 minutes.

    Those shower curtains are amazing!
