Help with Foundation Piecing
#1
Does anyone know of a tutorial for foundation piecing? I have a set and can't figure out how to use them. It just doesn't make sense to me. I can read instructions but do much better seeing it done. Thanks. Nancy

you said you ' have a set'...
a set of what? foundation fabric? paper foundation? quilt smart interfacing? help is available but we need to know what you are trying to work with. do you have pre-printed new york beauty foundations? or maybe hunter's stars? or prehaps a lonestar? each has it's own properties but all work about the same. the biggest difference is paper piecing the papers are removed when the top is all together; with foundation piecing the foundation stays in the quilt...no removal necessary. other than that...samey-same technique.
