I'm a relatively new quilter, trying to complete a Connecting Threads kit. For some reason, I do not have enough of "Mirage Moss": everything else is fine.

If anyone has "Mirage -- Moss" in your stash and is willing to sell me a half yard, please pm me.

Thanks so much! I'm very frustrated and disappointed!

I feel your pain! REcently I had that problem and one of our board members suggested putting into the classified section with the title of ISO and name of fabric. Another board member found it for me on the internet and now the quilt is almost done. So I am passing that recommendation along and wishing you good luck!!!

Connecting Threads was the maker of the fabric. Since it is out of stock, I can't find a picture of it. I'll take a picture tomorrow, but I was hoping someone had ordered it and remembered the name.

Thanks for all of your help and suggestions!

Have you called them by any chance??? If not it's worth a try.
They are really nice to do business with.

They said they were sold out and suggested a similar fabric. They do seem very nice!

I have several yards of Mirage-caramel, but no moss. Did you try calling Connecting threads? They may have a bolt end left. I imagine they cut the charms from bolt ends.

I read somewhere in this board that there is a site called missingfabrics.com. You could try there, too.

Good luck. It is frustrating to run out.

Picture, please. I don't know the names of any of my fabrics, but I can recognize them all by picture :D :D

Update - I didn't buy any of the Moss. For any of you who might have the fabric, you can search through your email (from [email protected]). The email that says "your order has shipped" lists everything you bought. Once I found that, it was very easy to check.

If you need help with email searching, let me know.
