Help identifying what type of fabrics these are??
Hi all,
I am going through my fabric room, I have fabrics that were my Grandmas and my Aunts. I have a couple of fabrics that I am wondering if someone can tell me for sure what they are? I tried doing a "Google" search, but didn't get conclusive answers. I haven't done a "burn test" yet, I know they may be a blend, but they feel and look like mostly cotton. I was thinking they may be a type of broadcloth, chambray, dobby, pique?? Help please!!.. The first one has the little "nubbies" on it. Thanks for the help.
Regards,
Kan

There are several burn charts available that may help you come closer than just general cotton, acrylic, wool. These two are similar, but the small differences may help you fine tune your results.http://www.ditzyprints.com/dpburnchart.htmlhttp://www.fiber-images.com/Free_Thi...ent_guide.html
