I am looking for a pattern for a hand sewing kit. It is about 5x7 when closed and when opened it looks like a plus sign. In the middle of the plus sign it has a small pin cushion. Has anyone seen one of these.

I purchased one of these through a retailer that brings various items for display to our school each month. It was not a pattern, however; it is a ready-made kit. It looks like a little gift box when closed and opens up to look like a plus sign with various small spools of thread and other essentials. Are you hoping to make or purchase one?

i remember seeing this pattern in the keepsake quilting catalogue, but it has been some time ago. maybe they could help you, though. maybe they can't put everything they have in a catalogue!
