Help me please

I hope you can help me. If ya'll can't I don't think any one can. I saw a BOM that had bias strips that were wound around like vines and I believe it had a bird in it. I thought I saved it but I can't find it. It was all applique, I believe. It was so pretty. Hope you can help.
