HELP! Ok as I told u before I got a 15-31 singer. Got it in a case that the red rose was in. Got it threaded and the stitch won't catch! What am I doing wrong? thanks

make sure you can using the right bobbin, i've found that the vintage singers are very fussy about the bobbin

Ck the way you thread thru needle..I had the same problem with my model 66 and found out that it threads opposite not right to left but left to right....try that...

I would try threading right to left - that's what my FW needs. As others have said, make sure it's the correct bobbin. And make sure there aren't any little bits of thread stuck in the bobbin case. They can be really pesky and create all kinds of strange issues.
