I love the colors too - I have made 2 quilts with very simlar colors. Might I suggest that you insert a very high contrast color for "pop". Maybe something in the russet (not orangy rust, tho) family. I made a french braid quilt with those lovely teal colors, and added the russet as the accent color - YUMMY!!

I really like the darker blue color for Block A. For Block B I like the green background. The fabrics and pattern are going to look fantastic and your friend will love her quilt! Great job!
