Help with pattern

I saw a quilt that was called stack and wack....however in the center it had four blocks maybe three inches each. Could one of you help me find a pattern. I should have asked more question but did not. It was a clients of a lady that does longarm quilting. She is the one that said it was called stack and wack.

There is a pattern called 4 Patch Stacked Posie that uses 4 squares any size you want them to be in a block. It's like the Stack and Whack but much easier.
