Oh, I saw some quilted slippers on Pinterest. A couple of different kinds. Try looking there.

I have seen these on FB many times, but don't remember a crazy quilt type, although I guess you could make it that style. I would wonder about seams coming apart with stress from walking, etc. You have time to make a "test" pair to check for wear ability though. This is the designer I saw: https://www.pinterest.com/coolcatqui...ions-patterns/ and the website: https://www.coolcatcreations.net/

I don't see why you couldn't make your own crazy quilt fabric and then using a pattern, cut out a pair and make them.

I have the snappy slipper pattern. It is fu and easy to make. You do need "Annies Soft and Stable" or something similar to maintain shape and the vinyl/ rubber dotty sole stuff

I am sure the major pattern companies have a version of this too. I got a cute bootie style one from either butteric or mccall's a year or so ago.

I made this slipper pattern with the carry bag. I shortened my stitches and they turned out great.
    very serviceable!

    ttps://www.missouriquiltco.com/shop/detail/27709/cool-cat-creations/-/snappy-slippers-travel-bag

This is the pattern I have, I like it, but I found it makes up small for the stated size - just be aware that you might need to make a little larger. Very convenient for travel and unique. I put one of the fancy stitches of my machine down both sides of the bag just to add a little extra zip.
