Hi can anyone tell me how to join wadding so that I dont need to buy a whole lot more to fit one table runner

I think a zig-zag stitch will do the trick!! :D

I line the 2 pieces side by side (not overlaping) and zigzag them together. Hope this helps.

Hi Loris,

You can also butt two pieces together (put them side by side), take a little strip of light fusible interfacing, lay it over the pieces you're joining, iron it on to join them!

Hmm - I haven't tried that method yet, but will the next time I need to piece batting. I've always just zig-zagged.

I have joined my wadding/batting by sewing zig zag at the widest on my Janome dc3050 and it worked fine
