Help!!

I'm ready to put my 'sandwich' together. How do I get the wrinkles out of the batting? I have my bottom on the table and unrolled the batting (polyester) over it and it is full of wrinkles. I don't think my grandson will care but I think there must be a way. I've god over it several time with my hands and am letting it lay spread out.

I usually use blue painters tape and tape my backing down to table, floor, whatever, then tape my batting down around the edges this pulls put the folds, then put my top on & tape it. Last step is baste or safety pens all over the quilt sandwich. Hope this helps some. You can also press the batting with a cool Iron. A hot one will melt the poly.
