what kind of quilt- special or spiral? special i think you meant.
there is one called Wickedly Easy that is free online and there are very easy quilts out there similar. using fat quarters.

Go to www.quilterscache.com they have a wonderful selection of blocks of varying degrees of difficulty. How much time do you have and how big do you want to make it? I did one for my nephew and his bride (king size--the quilt not the bride) and it was just 4" sq with 1" black sashing between. Each square was different and each person that had been influential in their lives was represented by one or more squares. There was an Army sq to represent his grandpa, a pig square to represent grandma, a kitten square for the other grandma, etc. The worst one to find was one to represent his dad, an electrician. I finally used some fabric from Walmart that had lightning bolts on it. It was the only one I pointed out. I told them that all the others they'd have to discover and link on their own. They loved it.
