    Knitette, I have the foot on the right in your picture, and it works great for me. It came with my earlier 7530 machine, and I love it.

    I use the regular zig zag presser foot and move my needle to the right till its at 2.3. I like it better than the 1/4" foot that only rides on the left feed dog. I have a Pfaff 4.2.

    How do you set the default needle position to 0.3?
