I am looking for a pattern for a Hexagon shped table mat. Not a big one. Maybe just a bout 18 inches across or so.
I seen a way to make a pattern but need to know how big to cut the setting triangles in it if I need to use those.

These show how to make an octagon shaped mat, you could just change the shape and design your own.

Thanks SadieMae. I had seen the one cutting the pattern from newspaper and using a pizza pan to make the circle. Think I will try that. I have lot of Christmas fabrics I need to do something with and thought they might make up nice in a hexagon shape!
