Default Hobbs 80/20 Batting Question

Here is a quilt that I have hand quilted using the Northwoods Botanical Line. I have used Hobbs 80/20 for the batting. The package says to quilt every 2 - 4 inches. My floral blocks in this quilt are close to 5 inches. Do you think I would be OK not quilting anything in these blocks. If you think I should do some quilting, what would you suggest I do.

SITD should be fine for the checkered part but I would add outline quilting in the large white blocks.

i would definite follow the recommendations of the manufacturer. echoing around the flowers would be the best way to quilt the blocks

Beautiful quilt! Follow the manufacturer's directions. I think crosshatching would look great in those squares.

Is the binding already on the quilt? I thought it looked that way in pictures. Beautiful quilt
