    Default storm at sea - i think this is working?

    hrm. i don't know that this is quite swirling the way i hoped it would, but maybe...maybe it's just that i've only begun?

    the picture looks more swirly than the blocks on my table. i made those background triangles all the same colour to provide some visual stability, but now i am wondering if i've disrupted the wave that emerges from the way you assemble the blocks.

    thoughts?

    I think it looks great - I can see the waving action emerging. I think you have a good thing going here.

    it looks great. i love your colors and using the same fabric for all of the background is a good idea imho

    I think it looks marvelous! The colors that you chose are remarkable. Cannot wait to see it all finished.

    I think you are OK. You really need to have more rows before you see the movement of the pattern.
