Default Horizon Janome Sewing Machine

Does anyone have a Horizon Machine and if so is it a good machine. I have looked at one but it is quite pricey.

Saw it last Friday. Fabulous machine. This was the 12000 which includes embroidery but here it is $12,000. It has everything any sewer, quilter or embroiderer could want. As a quilter & embroiderer I have Janome 6600 and Memorycraft 10,000. Also a Janome Decor which I take to group. If I get the quilting studio I've asked for in the new year I will look at something for my Kookaburra frame with a large harp space.

I have the Horizon 7700 and LOVE IT! - Best purchase I ever made. I told my sister, who was admiring some of the things I've made on my new machine (about 5 months now), that it was the machine that turned out everything so beautifully. It really is an easy to use and learn on machine. I've loved all the help and guidance from the gals at my LQS and dealer. She disagreed with me however. If it was just the machine she could sew too.

I have the 7700 also and wouldn't trade it for anything. I love it!! Best investment I ever made for my sewing/quilting habit.

How big is the harp area on a Janome? I love my Pfaff, but sure wish it had a few more inches....
