So sorry about the AC.. I know what you're talking about when you say HOT!!! Geesch, I am sooo very tired of it. This summer has just been outrageous! We've beat the old record set in 1980! this summer... I know it's been one long, hot summer and I'm so ready for rain, and COLD weather! Hope you get your AC fixed soon..wouldn't ya know it goes out on a weekend!!

I'm sorry for you. I know I can't take the extreme heat at all anymore.

I hope your AC is well soon.

I live in Texas as well- close to Wichita Falls. It has been a brutal summer.

Take care of yourself.

I live in Windham Maine - just outside of Portland. I work as a dispatcher for Directv crews and have recently been assigned to the Baton Rouge/ Texas area. For the last three months I have been hearing about the unbelievable stretch of weather that you folks have been suffering through and I just can't believe it. I saw a video the other day of people dancing in a rain storm in Texas that looked so celebratory it seemed tribal. My heart breaks for your situation. Perhaps we should be thankful that winter is on the way but Lord only knows what that will bring. Global warming is not a political football. It is real.

I know the feeling about the heat, this is one time I kinda wish I lived above the Mason Dixon line...... :|

I hope you are able to get the air on and fast along with some well deserved rain!
