Default How to assemble Clam Shell pattern?

I have a clamshell template that I want to use to make a quilt with leftover fabrics. While I can find a template for it, I can't find any instructions on how these are assembled. Can someone give me a link?

I have only seen them either pieced by hand or using the EPP method.
