How do I find the stitch count on a Bernina 440QE?

I am selling my 440QE and a prospective buyer has asked for the stitch count. I found a utube video to find the hours, but can't find how to get the stitch count. Any help would be appreciated.

I would imagine it's in the settings menu, but you can download the manual off Bernina's website and in the search bar, type in "stitch count" and it will take you straight to the page with the instructions.

I have a 440 also. I am also curious to find out. They are a great machine.

I have Berninas-but not the 440. When I have it serviced the technician always tells me the stitch count. So, I am not sure you can find it without the tech to get into the computer workings of the machine. I looked in the manual for my 530 and it said nothing about stitch count except to say that the servicing icon comes on every 360,000 stitches.

Maybe call your local Bernina store and ask them. I googled it and didn't get an answer.

I would also suggest you call your local Bernina dealership. I have an older Bernina without any of the modern doodads.

A Bernina tech I knew told me how to do it once, but it it requires going into a maintenance mode where you could screw something else up. He trusted me, but it isn't something most techs would tell you about. To get into the mode, you had to press some magic combination of buttons simultaneously. I have forgotten how!
