Default How do I word a label?

I have made a baby quilt for a friends first grand baby. It is a diff situation and the parents do not live together.I really am making the quilt for the grandparents so how do I word the label so they know the quilt is for the grands house? I do not know the mother of the baby at all so the quilt would have no special meaning coming from me. Opinions please

maybe something like 'for when the DGK comes to visit you'
but you might find that the child gets attached to the quilt and wants to take it 'home' with him

I don't think there's a way to word the label that would be appropriate. Why not write a personal note to convey the message?

Quilted Especially for ............
Born (date of birth)
With Love from (your name)
