Default Quilting suggestions for helix quilt?

Here are pictures of the top and back of my helix quilt. I'm ready to baste and then quilt tomorrow. I will be using white thread on the white fabric, and variegated blue-green in the colored parts. Thinking SITD for the darks but not sure what to do with the white sections . Binding will be the purple checked fabric.
I need a simple suggestion as I'm not too confident in my FMQ skills (but have done it a few times).

I also am am trying extremely hard to finish the whole quilt --binding and washing and drying by Fruday afternoon!! I need grace!

The way I quilt triangles are just do a gentle curve to the inside from corner to corner. Here is a photo of a Lone Star quilt with the same technique.

I just wanted to say that your quilt is so cool, I really like the design and how organized you were in making it as evidenced by the dots!

I'm supposed to deliver this quilt today! Still binding, but wanted to show one of the blocks I quilted . Decided to use many of her favorite things and memories and such to quilt into the white spaces.more pics later.
