    I still do use my natural light box. it drives the neighbors nuts trying to figure out what I am always doing. I have taped patterns on the window and then taped up my fabric and marked right on the fabrics. I dont see why you couldnt do that with a regualr light box. some folks who have a glass table i.e. coffee, end, or dining with a small lamp under it wouldnt do the same thing.

    I have a glass dining room table. I simply stick a lamp under it and turn it on. Then I can put what I want on top of the table and draw around it as it is very clear that way.
