How you know a quilters garden***

She even labels the rows in her garden!.lol
I did this yesterday evening when I finished in the garden, and it didn't even dawn on me what I had done until
today when I was working on a quilt and making sure I have everything labeled. And I thought...wow...I did the same thing in the garden without thinking about it.lol
Don't you know my dh was surprised when he went out to the garden this morning and at the front of every row there is a stick sticking up out of the ground with my empty seed packet attached to it?.lol
I don't know maybe he thinks I'm going nuts...but, one thing about it, when he wants to know what was planted on a certain row.He won't have to ask.lol

Wise words from my 7 year old niece: "Aunt Laura, you must think you can't have too much fabric like a pizza can't have too much cheese." Well said, Gracie!

I not only label, but have everything gridded out, and have the "master" on paper. It's just too bad I can't always see the labels for the weeds.

Guess I'm not an experienced quilter .... nothing in my garden gets labeled and it's the lucky quilting project that gets a label!
Make it a scrappy happy day!
