I have been looking for a new chair at Staples and he came home with it tonight! It was on sale a couple of weeks ago for $50 off but they were out. The salesman told me that they put the one I wanted and another on sale alternately like every other week. Well, I missed it last week, it was on special again Sun and Mon but he bought it anyway - not on sale! Of course, he bought him a new chair for his desk too.

The chair I as using was a secretarial style on sale for $9.99 at Walmart. It was bought for DD's desk in her room about 8 yrs ago when she was in elementary school. Needless to say it has been abused over the years. It was to the point that it would randomly sink while sitting in it.

He put it together when he got home and I put it to use right away. Now I don't randomly sink with a thud while sewing!! And the support in the back fits just right, it feels sooo good.

Just had to share. Thanks for listening.

Lots of places willl do a price adjustment if the item goes on sale in the next 10 day to two weeks. Use the refund for quilting fabric.

    How nice of your husband.

A good chair makes a world of difference on the body. Nice of your DH to buy it for you.

What a great guy. A real keeper. I have a chair that would drop like your old one. That's always quite a shock.
