Yesterday I received a wonderful Thank You note from a woman who won the Raffle Quilt that our Guild in Marianna, Florida donated to "Partners For Pets"- She wanted to tell me how beautiful the quilt was and to thank our guild for supporting such a wonderful organization and hoped that we would continue to support them in the future. What makes it even more wonderful is that she adopted a dog from Partners for Pets and gave him a wonderful forever home. Her note brought tears to my eyes because it was wonderful to hear her story and that she loves the quilt and adopted a dog. Just had to share this wonderful story. "The President"

That is wonderful to hear. I wish more people understood how much a thank you note means.

YAY! How great is that? I also volunteer for a dog rescue, and it's so wonderful when you can find a nice forever home for a puppy!

So sweet of the winner t write and praise your work.

Keep up the good work! :P

You do wonderful work. It is so kind of her to let you know she is so happy with your quilt and the wonderful work you do. Pound pets are the best. They never forget what you took them from. Wish more people would look there first when looking for a new family member. They will always love you for it.

Things like this make us feel all warm inside and motivate us to do even more! So happy that your work is appreciated and a puppy has a new home.

It's sad that thank you notes are almost a lost art.
