I don't get to the QB often, but when I do I love to look at pix of sewing rooms. It totally floors me when I see the ingenunity (sp?) of the quilters. The way they store bolts, FQs, 2-yarders, thread, etc. is amazing. Some even have multiple machines, sergers, etc. and they have room to use everything.

It just tickles me how quilters can find 2 sq. in. of available space, put some beloved thing there and not lose it.

DH, on the other hand, has a whole garage and loses his drill. He finds the drill then can't find the charger. Complains the garage is too small. I am so glad to be a quilter!

    Kudoes, quilters!

Likewise, and scissors, seam rippers, eyc. If you have enough, you can always find ONE. LOL

My sewing room does spill out into the guest room but everything is organized and I can find everything I need.

My DH, on the other hand, has his woodworking shop in the garage and it is a total disaster. I've offered to help him get it organized but he's not biting. I find random tools all over the house.

I sometimes spend all my time looking at the sewing rooms. It really has given me great ideas.

And my husband doesn't know where anything is. He is always asking me where his things are. LOL! Sadly, he asks because I usually know.

If I'm supposed to stay out of his space, then why does he come to me asking if I've seen his _____?
