As some of you quilters know i have been on this board time and time again asking questions about my janome 1600P skipping stitches and breaking threads .I mean a lot of thread breaks!!!!! after trying every needle ,some of you on this board told me about the purple tip needle by janome.I ordered them a couple weeks ago and today i finished a queen size quilt with NO skipped stitches and No thread breaks. I hope Janome continues selling them because they are a God sent for me I will be ordering several pkgs today. If you have a janome 1600P skipping stitches or breaking threads. It would sure be worth it to try this wonderful needle!!! they might work on any model.

That is very interesting with these needles. I have never had any skip stitches with my older Bernina.

Can they be used in any machine?

I don't know if they can be used on other brands. the package says for all Janome models.
