    I Can't Believe I WON!!

At nearly 78 I NEVER won anything in my life. About a month ago I bought some raffle tickets. They had the drawing today & I just got a phone call saying I WON THE QUILT! I was so shocked, I was almost speechless. I’m still stunned & so thrilled.

It is a king size quilt made of 24 blocks of wildflowers HAND PAINTED by the Alamo Decorative Artists of San Antonio.

The Alamo Decorative Artists (San Antonio, Texas) painted 24 blocks for a king sized raffle quilt to support their charity work. Gail Wilson designed and pieced the center & the sashing/borders etc. The arrangement of the blocks and the center color 'rays' are based on the traditional color wheel.

They said they will ship it to me next week & I can hardly wait to see it.

    Have a blessed week end.

I would go out and buy a king size bed just to have that quilt. Lucky you!
