I love my smaller potholders,they come in just as handy as a larger size so, go ahead and make them six inch size.

If you've fussy cut them add wonky borders larger than size needed then trim them to the correct size. That way you'll use up your scrapes!

Hem sew two together staggering them so you can insert your hand in the pocket area and assemble. ( Hope this makes sense).
