    I finished my quilt

I finished my quilt and not bad for my first.
There are some mistakes that I made, like the back is actually put on the wrong direction, instead of up and down with the direction of the bed, it is sideways. My binding from the back, left it one piece and some areas look a little funny, but it is my first quilt.
I overall enjoyed the process and like what I did.
Now to try to start a much smaller one.
Thanks for all of you advice. Kim from OH

Give yourself a pat on the back for finishing it. Some people think they've made too many mistakes and don't. As for the back if your fabric has a true directional print the seam going vertical or horizontal doesn't matter. Congrats you now have a benchmark to show your progress of improvement.

Congratulations on your first quilt. Glad you enjoyed making it. We all make mistakes; if you are happy with the quilt, that's what counts.

What a great feeling for you! Keep going and soon the little imperfections will be chaulked up to "artistic variances"

Congratulation!!! We have all learned from our mistakes, it makes us better quilters. But remember to enjoy the process. Keep up the good work. A sharing picture would be nice.

Seems there is always something new to learn with each quilt. Just keep making them and all will get better. Congrats on your first one.
