Default I Got a New Babylock!!!

I bought myself a new Babylock Seranade last Wed, April 4th. Now, I'm happy but, also so sad. I finally made time today to get it out of the box but, now I have to go out of town for a few days and can't play with her. It's driving me crazy. I think I was nuts to buy it when I didn't have time to play. I may just have to go have a good cry. Does anyone have a tissue?

Can you at least take the manual with you so you can read up on it and be ready to play when you get back ? That would be hard to look at but not be able to play with ... here's the tissue

Congratulations on your new toy! You can dream about it every night while you are gone. And taking the manual along is a good idea...just don't leave it anyplace!

I've had my Serenade almost a year and absolutely love it. I'm sure you are going to love yours too. (when you finally get to use it!)

OMG, I didn't know what a Babylock was; so I Googled it and discovered what it is. How could you leave? I'd have had to postponed my plans or taken it with me. That is too wonderful of a toy to leave so soon.

Vondae, I'll cry with you! I bought my Melody last week and I haven't opened it since I am moving! But I will take the advice of one here who said read the manual. I own now 4, 3 of them sewing/embroidery and one serger and I will say I have never ever had a problem! so Vondae, when you get back have fun playing with it and I will too! Glad I bought mine when I did cause I got an email from the lqs that Babylock is raising their prices as of April 23! Glad I got mine before they went up.
