I 'm a new mom and met a board member!

I became a new mom yesterday of a darling Featherweight! AND met the nicest person via this board who helped me with the adoption! Redworkrene was terrific. She's a fantastic quilter by the way (has posted photos of some of her quilts here, but the photos don't do justice to her work). She is an artist for sure. Now I have to come up with a name for my baby. I am having so much fun. Thank you to Redworkrene.

Congratulations! Even though your Baby won't be crying at night, may be it still keeps you up. :-P

Congrats on joining the Featherweight club. I love mine and her name is Sally(after a dear friend that passed away from Breast Cancer).

My friend Jeanie's memorial service was last Sunday (breast cancer too). Now I have a name too. Thanks.
