I would not introduce another blue - hard to blend blue - something in the light rose shade - as in your prints. Beautiful soft colors - you want to keep it that way.

I vote for a pale pink. Will be nice with the block scheme, and also be nice with your cobalt blue walls! JMHO.

Absolutely agree and was wondering why no one suggested this. Only thing is, I would probably use dark rose or deep green instead of burgandy. Given the fact that your room is dark (at least I think that's what you said), I think those deeper colors would set it off beautifully.

Lost in fabric stash, Cherie
I like this suggest the best and lean towards a darker color to make it match up with your room and make those blocks pop.

So green or rose gets my vote!

Green, like the leaves in the floral print.

I think the dark burgundy in the rose would be good too

Your blocks are beautiful. I agree with the suggestions to audition different colors/fabrics and see which ones you like best. Will look forward to a picture of the completed quilt. Are you using Betty Cotton's method?

I am using the method I found here, "Ditter's string quilt", it is so easy!

I would go with the darker colors. It would showcase those wonderful blocks.
