I vote for this idea and if you can do a vine or leafy thing instead of a meander, that would be perfect.

I personally love meandering, and in black or varigated colors would be beautiful. The time constraint that you have would make me go with meandering. I'm not sure what a "Little Gracie Frame" is, but if it helps speed up the process, that's where I'd go. I suppose you could always do loop-di-loos in the black sashing using varigated thread. That would make the window panes pop. . .
