I've been straightening my novelty fabrics and I was wondering, what would be a good size square to offer for I-Spy Blocks??

How many should I put in a grouping and what would be a good price?

Kris

the last 3 I spy swaps I did were 5 inch exchanges, so some may want that size to add to their collection.
not sure on count and price, maybe similair to charm pack?

Thank you so much for letting me know :)

I didn't see that post floating around.

I'm glad to know what size - that is a big help.

What is a normal count for a quilt?

Do most people border each square?

I am making 3 quilts for my kids and am using a 1" sashing, but everyone is different, so far on my sons I have used about 80 squares and may need more.

Most of the swaps here have been for 5" blocks. It would be nice to be able to add to these that we already have :D

50 make a 22 1/2" X 22 1/2" and with borders and sashing make up a nice size baby quilt too

100 5" blocks makes a 45" X 45" quilt, a nice size for a toddler.

So Maybe offer them in groups of 50? :D:D:D

I will be sewing them all together, no sashings, making it more of a challenge to find the squares.
Some add sashings or incorporate them into blocks...

Or maybe groups of 25? or two sets of 25 different ones for a total of 50 squares?
