Nothing to be silent about. EQ is an available quilting program for your computer. It can be downloaded from the internet. Check the message from the Links and Resources page on EQ. You will find helpful info there. The EQ stands for Electric Quilt. http://www.electricquilt.com/

Whoa. There's a HUGE difference between dumb and just simply not knowing/having somewhat of a lack of understanding. And you're definatly NOT dumb!

And to answer your question, EQ (short for Electric Quilt) is a computer program for quilt designing.
