    I have used them for tying a quilt and they work great.

    Oh the cat in your Avitar looks just like my Princess! Is yours a Rag Doll cat?

    I'm with you ... I never thought of it before either but it sure does make sense!

    And THANKS for the timely message ... I'll be sandwiching sometime this week!! That is after I find a curved needle.

    My cat WAS Himalayan/Siamese, but is no longer with us as of Feb...he had brain cancer. Glad I might have passed a usable idea...back to my pouting....errrr basting.

    Yeah, have been using them for basting since waaaaay back. I really thought everyone knew about them. Sorry? :( Well, now they do! lol
